Berkeley vs. Texas

I don't really want to live in Texas and I don't want to have to work in Texas. At the same time, they've offered me 63k. I don't know if Cal if going to offer me anything; but, assuming they don't, which school should I go to?

Also, I am not entirely sure what type of law I want to practice.

You shouldn't go to UT even for free considering you don't want to be in Texas...
