With a 162: ~2-3 of the pending schools should accept/waitlist and several of the waitlist schools said they would re-evaluate my application based on the new score.
I don't plan on going to law school this year and had my fees waived due financial need.
Sorry to hear about the bad news for the rest of you.

Almost all of my applications were to schools where I was below both 25th percentiles.
I hope you got fee waivers

I'm pretty sure my 2.5 GPA has something to do with my horrible cycle.subtle wrote:This makes me sad for you all but curious. Is there something glaring in your applications?

I just applied really, really high. I have a 3.5/163 and I didn't really apply outside the T30.subtle wrote:This makes me sad for you all but curious. Is there something glaring in your applications?

Hope you get in somewhere, duderino. The waiting game is no fun. Better yet, hope you get in two places. Psychologically speaking, better to feel like you have options.red_alertz wrote:in terms of percentage, I am worse, 0% admission so far, five rejects four long shot waitlists, i either have to get lucky in the next two months or i will have to continue trolling here heartbroken for another year

It will come, and once it does, your stress level will drop considerably. I went from obsessively checking status checkers to checking 2-3 times a day once I got my first admit.red_alertz wrote:thanks a lot, yeah i actually said it wrong, just counted again it's actually six rejects now instead of five, still no acceptance

I've got one, expecting at least one more. My one rejection was from UVa though which stung though since it was about one line long. It essentially consisted of "Sorry, but no".

I hear you, unfortunately I'm pretty much stuck in Texas, and my numbers are just not good enough for all but a couple of the Texas schools. Also, the UVA rejection letter does kinda suck.rman1201 wrote:Wow... aim lower.

Edit: I'm also a URM splitter(ish), so I applied to plenty of schools I had no business sending apps to.

Agreed. I found the UVa rejection email particularly brusque.zonto wrote:I personally found the line that UVA is trying to reduce their reliance on paper a comfort amidst the subliminal message in the rejection letter that my LSAT wasn't high enough for being an out-of-state, white guy.
