any difference? what program is easier to obtain the blue and yellow ticket?

Check that you are willing to go to either if you want to maximize your chances at acceptance, though I'd assume this wouldn't increase your chances by that much.

I would respond saying something like "I would be okay with either but would rather do YOURPREFERENCE." I doubt it is going to make much of a difference either way.
