When does Northwestern offer merit scholarships?
Do they offer the merit scholarships at admissions or shortly after? Thanks a bunch!

They would tell you that they don't offer straight merit, but that they combine merit and need into an overall package tailored to each individual.
For that reason, or for whatever other reason, their entire aid package isn't announced to you until March.
