I am 38 and will be applying next year. I am hoping to go to IU law. I am wondering if there are any older students out there recently accepted who are getting any scholarship money? I am confident that I can get in somewhere with my numbers, but I am wondering if they look at age when determining scholarship awards?

Thanks,
Joe

Re: Later in Life Lawyer Scholarship Question
I'm 31 169/3.7 and got in to UT $$, Alabama $$$, and Tulane $$$ so far with money and USC without but I've filled out the scholarship application. As far as I can tell, age doesn't really play into the scenario as much as LSAT/GPA do. They offer scholarship $ because they want to attract a pool of students who will boost/sustain their rankings. If you've got that going for you, then they don't care so much how old you are.Jbowman47274 wrote:I am 38 and will be applying next year. I am hoping to go to IU law.
