I sent off my app on 12/5, but I keep on forgetting to mail in the certification form. I should probably do that tomorrow...

Based on LSN, I'm going to guess that many decisions will come out late January to early February.

+1. In Review since 12/1, definitely not planning on hearing back before the holidays.

Already waitlisted there. Bad gpa though, so yeah. Figured Tech liked the military folk though. The letter for waitlist said to write a one-page essay on why you want to attend Tech though.

I emailed them today and they said that no more decision letters are going to be sent until after they return from the holiday break.

This doesn't have any reflection on how I feel about the school, but I had a dream last night that I had decided to go somewhere else for law school, and when I showed up to class I was at Tech. When I explained the mistake they told me, "too bad, but one day here means a three year committment," and wouldn't let me leave. I kept trying to get back to california and they had guards at the doors that had instructions not to let me out.

I hope that law school nightmares don't become my frequent nighttime visitors between now and when school starts. I woke up in a cold sweat, haha  .

I have been in review for a while now and got my acceptance letter today. There was no mention of a scholarship. Has anyone been offered any money yet?

i received a nice scholarship of 12,000 a year. I'm hoping to receive some other decent offers and turn it into a full ride haha.

Decision rendered on 1/3. I am away from home so I have no idea what it might say. Hoping for good news. Does anyone know if they will give out admissions decisions via phone or email after the decision has been rendered?

ED app sent 11/1. Under review until 12-16, then waitlisted, sent LOCI and praying.

I think I'm leaning towards going to Texas Tech next year. I realize it is considered a TTT, but with the scholarship offer they gave me I could graduate with little to zero debt. That sure sounds a hell of a lot better than attending SMU and graduating with 120,000 in loans or U of H with 75,000. I plan on working in Texas or the immediate surrounding areas so I'm not too worried about the portability of the degree. I've been accepted to U of Oklahoma and LSU and am waiting on scholarship info so that may sway my decision.
