Hey thanks. I'm not-- I think I got really lucky. I was really interested in some of their international law programs and had good softs that meshed well with that, so I think that's why.HeavenWood wrote:You got into UVA RD? That's quite impressive! Acceptances: UVA, W&L
Waiting on: Stanford, Harvard (ha!), Duke, Vanderbilt, Berkeley, W&M, CU Boulder, Emory, Georgia, Texas
And I will probably be waiting forever since I submitted my first applications on 11/30.

Hi all,
LSAT: 167, GPA: 3.92
Dreams: Stanford, Berkeley, Goergetown, Penn
Targets: Michigan, BYU, Colorado, GW
Safety: U of U
Possible safety: Hawaii (i was thinking recently that if i don't go anywhere really good i might as well go somewhere fun)
I haven't been accepted anywhere yet, which is not surprising since I only finished putting in applications a couple weeks ago.

I had very similar stats and got into Penn, Fordham, William & Mary, WUSTL, and I'm pretty sure I was about to get into Gtown but withdrew my app before I could find out since I ED'd to Penn. I'm sure you'll have a great cycle if you have reputable softs.zcmyers wrote:Hi all,

I'm starting to feel like maybe I should have ED'd at one of my top picks. I didn't cuz I wanted to keep my options open. o well.
That's excellent! I'd love to go to Penn. Re: Calling All Semi-Reverse Splitters
Yes, I think the ED definitely pushed my app over especially because there were a few other ED TLSers who had similar numbers and were accepted but an RD person that just got rejected. Still, it's good that you didn't make a binding decision. I'm really curious as to where you'll get in. I'll have to live through you vicariously since I have to withdraw all my apps.zcmyers wrote:zThat's excellent! I'd love to go to Penn. Re: Calling All Semi-Reverse Splitters
Just found this thread! I actually feel at home on TLS And Y'all give me hope!
LSAT: 167
GPA: 3.84
Decent softs, nothing phenomenal
Super Dream: Stanford
Dream: I'd be pumped at MVD or B
Target: Cornell, Gtown, Vandy
Low Target: BU/BC/GW
Applied a bit late in the game (12/17) so I may not have quite the edge that some other semi-reverse splitters. Trying decide if an ED to Duke is worth it. It's one of my top choices but I would basically be precluding myself from any chance at money. Which currently isn't impossible though not very likely. Will probs end up EDing on Monday. Congrats to all the amazing acceptances so far!
