I've been reading a lot of posts where people have received acceptances from schools I've applied to. I see that my complete/under review date is before theirs. They have already received their decisions whereas I haven't heard anything yet. Is this a sign that I will either be waitlisted/denied or were they auto accepts?

maybe they were auto accepts. maybe their aunt works for adcom. maybe you have a nice acceptance letter in the mail.

i think most of us on TLS overthink things. best wishes.
