Indication of acceptance?
I'm still waiting on one of my schools, and a decision had been recently "rendered". I have not received the official mail yet but I noticed that on my applicant online status page, it had added a second email with my name and that school's .edu address. Can this be a sign that I have been accepted? Has anyone encountered similar situations before? It would not make sense to create a school email address for me if they rejected me? Right?

Nope, I was never on the wait list. I was rejected first, but then I appealed the rejection. Hopefully I will get the official good news today through the mail. Still feeling very nervous thou... lol

Forgive my ignorance, but under what circumstances do you appeal a rejection?
