Bloomington vs. Northeastern?

I want to do public interest law. I am moving with my partner who already loves Boston and we have family/friends in the area vs. no one in Indiana. IU is $42,000 and NUSL is $40,000. No scholarship at either school.

For Boston or the NE in general Northeastern is by far the best bet.
