You have to give details. Come on friend. How are we supposed to make a guess if we dont know your numbers and situation?
However, I would say before looking at your numbers that I have no idea. Waitlist acceptances are very complicated and a school does not follow any set formula, in other words numbers may not matter in some cases.

haha, sorry... i guess my question was related more so to the frequency of which schools admit applicants off of their waitlists.
