i need that to happen to me at yale.

Then'd I'd accept before they could take it back.

And it would be legally binding contract (would it?)

If you don't already know the exact requirements for an agreement to constitute a legally binding contract you aren't getting Yale. The future Yalies are sitting at home memorizing the UCC right now.

Edit: Congrats OP! I... guess? I dunno.

I thought about doing something like this for SLS. Turning up at their admitted students weekend and claiming they'd called me, then starting to cry when they said I needed to go home. Then I decided that those inconvenient things like call logs could probably screw me over, and I'd never get in.

Still, fun to dream...

Wow! A Brooklyn non-application acceptance is pretty impressive! Imagine where you can get if you apply!

I think that if you're already hoping for an unsolicited Yale acceptance, it is perfectly acceptable to hope that they send it with a legally binding contract.

Brooklyn takes a holistic approach to admissions. Obviously it was your letters of recommendation that made the difference. Either that or your email address.
