Penn State JD/scholarship $10,000 per year

is it worth borrowing another $100,000 to finish this law school?

not interested in biglaw, would rather an international NGO.

need a decision in a week. thanks for any inputs!!!

To finish? What year are you? What is your GPA like? Penn State places pretty decently in Central PA. Not sure that it has the international reputation needed for an NGO.
