Application Complete, Not in Review is what is noted in my status.
Anyone know what that means... especially this late?
the date is set at a month ago though.

It means that they have not gotten to your application, either by choice or by chronology. That's it, don't read too much into it. There was a huge influx of applications this year so you just have to wait.
