BU, Emory, UGA WL and Just got Good job Forum

I just got a good job here in Atlanta, but with a 162, getting into Emory or BU would be quite the miracle, I know that the way the WL--> acceptance works is that you cant defer, but do you think they would allow it given that I just got an awesome job and could save up money etc?

if they don't allow it in general, then taking a year off for a job is definitely not a compelling enough reason imo to grant you a deferment.
