Why did Colorado drop 13 spots in the rankings??

Post by eaters333 » Wed Mar 17, 2010 11:56 pm

I saw that boulder dropped 13 spots from i think 2008-09 to 2010. I was just accepted and i love boulder but this worries me, was it because of the facilities? I know they now have an amazing new building. if anyone has insight on this it would be awesome thanks.

It's because rankings are arbitrary.

I have no idea but I know it doesn't really matter. If you're looking to work in Colorado then your competition is the t14 and your soon to be classmates at Colorado. This is a pretty good situation to be in if you ask me. Colorado could be ranked 35, 50, or even 75 - its always going to regarded better than its next best competition, U of Denver.
