Which would you pick? I want a good job, would sort of like to practice in the Midwest, but that isn't a major concern to me.
Cardozo - full ride
Washington and Lee - $24k/yr
Iowa - $20k/yr

If you want to practice in the midwest go to Iowa. It has a great reputation...

But is Iowa really worth the extra cost?

Cardozo if you are satisfied working in NY for several years (at minimum) after you graduate. It places nowhere else currently. Also, COL will eat away at a bit of that scholarship (in effect).
Iowa if you want Midwest portability. However, what is the stipulation on that 20k? Is it top 33% like their full rides? If so, I'd vote against Iowa.
Washington and Lee has the best portability, and their scholarship requirements are pretty lenient. Plus, it's dirt cheap to live there - even cheaper than Iowa. The town is very, very small and the area is conservative, so that might be a factor in your considerations.
I don't know how to answer this question.
