Potential Transfer Student Looking for advice

I am currently top 5% 1L from a T2 school hoping to transfer into Cornell. Anyone here have information on the following:

Treatment during Fall OCI
Moot Court (ability to join)
Law Review (ability to write on)
General attitude/ feelings towards transfer students
