Just read about the rejections on the Berkeley thread, so I checked my email nervously. Saw that I had one new message, started to slowly die, and then the page loaded and I saw that it was just from a coworker about our meeting later today. AHHH.

i don't think so because a couple people who have been accepted have been FR.

I just checked LSN and no one appears to have been FR. Was it in another thread that someone said they were FR and accepted?

I hesitate to be the first to post, especially because I never do as you can see, but I wanted to let you all know that Berkeley is officially admitting 2/19 FR applicants. I received a phone call from Dean Tom this afternoon letting me know that I was accepted. I am still in complete disbelief and could not be happier. I wish all of you guys the best of luck

no i'm sure there will be phone calls (acceptances) also.....its just that i see a slew of rejection emails being sent out right now. And I feel as if mine is on the way.
