Post by sotomayor » Mon Feb 01, 2010 4:21 pm

Does anyone know of any decent introductory texts to all things corporate law related? i know this is a broad inquiry but I want to get a sense of what I may be looking at in the future. Thanks

They sell guides to things that that. it's decently informative although perhaps it was more accurate before the economy tanked

I am taking an undergrad business law class and the required textbook is very good (but it is huge and expensive). It is Smith and Roberson's Business Law. It has lots of information but my professor says that it is much easier to understand than a traditional law school text book. He is also a professor at Boalt.
