HU takes forever, for everything. If you're seriously considering them then be prepared because they are slow as molasses.

My only hope is that I hear back by the time I visit DC in March. I'm already visiting GMU, and GWU is looking further out of reach by the day.

Actually I applied 12/06/2009 and received a decision (and scholarship) the day after Christmas. So I guess the timing just depends. Good luck hope to see you in the fall.

Re: Howard 2010
I applied to Howard as well (it's my top choice) back in January but just found out two weeks ago that there was an issue with my school releasing my transcript so I finally got it straightened out and they have my completed application/report and I am FINALLY "complete" as of today... so I guess the wait re-starts.
I did get an email from the dean back in November (through CRS I'm assuming) with a fee waiver and it mentioned scholarships so I hope that's a good indicator.
Considering it is so late in the admissions cycle (and they are "slow as molasses) what do you guys think my odds are of getting accepted (and more importantly getting some $$$) I'm black/hispanic female 155/3.67 - solid extracurrics/internships/LORs
