Who did you hear from - for PT applicants

I am starting this thread for PT applicants. Because of the recent change in the USNews ranking system regarding PT stats, this cycle seems relatively unpredictable for PT applicants. If you are intereted, please post your school name, complete date, decision date/type, your stats and comments if you'd like.
