UConn application question

For anyone who has filled out the UConn app... I know I have to submit question 14, which asks me to explain why I wish to study law, but did anyone also attach a general personal statement? Not sure if I should submit both or just question 14 like they asked. I didn't see anything about a PS anywhere in the app or instructions. :?:

Pretty sure they only want one essay. Plus, aren't most peoples personal statements about why they want to do law?

Well, my PS definitely includes why I wish to study law but it includes a couple other things as well. It seems like they want more of a straightforward statement. I ended up taking part of my PS and including it in a more targeted essay.
