I think I've gotten 732 emails from St. Thomas...Lord knows how much I'd enjoy 3 years in Miami with absolutely no job prospects coming out of that.

i applied to wake forest 4 hours before deadline to see if they would take me despite my god awful driving record. stats above both 75th percentiles, but driving record REALLLLY bad. thank goodness i didn't have to report speeding tickets and the like to any other school.

This also detracted me from applying there, that and the fact that I don't know how bad it really is and didn't feel like getting the printouts from the DMV.Geneva wrote:i applied to wake forest 4 hours before deadline to see if they would take me despite my god awful driving record. stats above both 75th percentiles, but driving record REALLLLY bad. thank goodness i didn't have to report speeding tickets and the like to any other school.

Have your personal statement say this " I'm only applying because of the fee waiver and I have no intention of attending your school"cass1230 wrote:Between St. Thomas and John Marshall I'm not sure whos spammed my email more...might apply for fun maybe the emails will stop...any clue how I can get rejected?hypothalamus wrote:I like how the Ding Bar turned into us dinging schools we would never even apply toabbottsbar wrote:I know that Charlotte is still accepting apps, and in their email they are pre-emptively awarding scholarships, WTF?

I've hit more stationary objects than most people see in a given day, so I feel you there. I took one look at Wake's application and deleted it from my list.Geneva wrote:i applied to wake forest 4 hours before deadline to see if they would take me despite my god awful driving record. stats above both 75th percentiles, but driving record REALLLLY bad. thank goodness i didn't have to report speeding tickets and the like to any other school.

That they can't overlook!msblaw89 wrote:Have your personal statement say this " I'm only applying because of the fee waiver and I have no intention of attending your school"cass1230 wrote:Between St.

+100. Oddly Wake Forest (and maybe Houston, but I forget) was the only school of interest for me that asked.abbottsbar wrote:Glad to see I'm not the only one who sorted schools by whether or not they required me to disclose minor traffic violations...I've got well more than my fair sharehookem12 wrote:I've hit more stationary objects than most people see in a given day, so I feel you there. Getting a ding from RWU is impossible. They are "still waiting" for my application despite the fact I have nearly finished a year of law school somewhere else. I could unsubscribe, but I am unwilling to blink first.
