The "I applied early but heard nothing so far" thread

Post by adonai » Tue Jan 12, 2010 8:03 pm

+ "everyone got accepted before me even though they applied yesterday" thread

I think it is starting to get to the point where I would rather receive rejections right now so I can start to prepare myself for another cycle. Here's hoping for the 2010-11 application year (?) Rant away.

Not so much.

The sum of my response has been an ED deferral at Columbia and a probable incoming rejection from Michigan. I'm right there with you.

At least it's not as bad as "oh shit I'm on 8 waitlists and won't know where I'm going until August."

I've been meaning to ask what you're doing LOCI wise to try to get off of the waitlists.
You see, I'm bracing myself for a many more rejections/ waitlists.

You're not alone my fellow failure. I also haven't heard a peep from the majority of my targets/top choices.
