My favorite Veep insult is when Gabe from the office tells Jonah:
"You're not even a human, you're like first draft where someone just drew a giant mangled skeleton"

Parks and rec is one of my all time favorite comedy's shows. I'd have some trouble choosing my favorite between them, it's always sunny, and South Park (since I love them all for different reasons) but I definitely choose it over community and the officeStephylynette wrote:No. The characters on Parks and Rec are soooo beyond Community. The writing on community is better, but it's so meta it's really better for self indulgent think pieces than it is truly enjoyable television.Stephylynette wrote:No. The characters on Parks and Rec are soooo beyond Community. Jonah from Veep and Jin Yang from Silicon Valley are definitely my favorite minor characters in a tv show

Had it figured out around ep 2 or 3 but truly enjoyed the character development and surprisingly grew to love Reese's and Nicole's characters, though I am and always will be Renata Klein.

Ugh yes, airports must love it when flights get delayed because somehow I always think a shitty experience I have paid for qualifies me to spend more of my own money at the same place giving the shitty experienceNotAGolfer wrote:bwaldorf wrote:When ur flight is delayed so u get drunk in an airport aloneI feel your pain, this happened to me when I was trying to visit Penn (never made it, #fuckDelta). It was nice not having to pretend we would ever see each other again or keep in touch.
