Complete end of February. JS1 today. 25th LSAT 75th GPA. Non URM.

Congrats on the JS1!

Side-note: Although I'm happy for the individuals receiving JS1's, my stomach sinks just a little every time I miss out on the wave.

That's what I did just last week and they confirmed that it was added to my file for review, so it's definitely worth a shot! I've been waiting for over four months now for some sign of life.

This is kind of my thought process for most schools. I like to have at least one more thing besides (another) LOCI to send in for a possible wait-list. But that is just me, I know opinions vary on the matter.

Yeah, that's what makes me lean toward thinking it's an interview issue, not a C&F/LOR/PS/etc issue.

Super dumb Q from someone who is a complete dunce when it comes to finances (and everything else, but that's irrelevant): what do I need before I start my financial aid applications? I have my 2014 tax return (2013 tax return? whatever the hell it is I filed this year), and my parents are about to be done filing theirs (do they even need it? will last year's work?). Do I need anything else? I've been holding off on starting until my parents have their tax returns back, but I want to gather everything else I need.

Harvard's is weird. Each person gets there own listed of "required documents" based on a preliminary questionnaire about your finances. Idk if you'll need your own return, but you will need your parents if you're younger than 29.

Oh god, sorry! That was a total mistake. I thought this was Harvard C/O 2017.

..this is what happens when the only two TLS tabs you always keep open are Harvard C/O 2017 and Harvard C/O Applicants (yes, I'm still constantly watching).
