I wore flip flops in Massachusetts during the winter every now and then. Perhaps I was in denial ...

People also thought I was weird in MA, cuz I always dressed like it was spring. In CA, you have one wardrobe :P

A few people asked me if I surfed to school, which is a little bit further than I would have gone.

There's a reason that I'm a Lobstar - I'm not of the regular lobster variety.

Does Irvine admissions ever reply to emailed questions? I sent one about a week ago now and still have not heard back. I'm assuming they don't like me anyway, but really they should at least respond to people.

irvine's night temperature during the winter will be more like 50s (it'll be in the 40s sometimes, of course)

the 50s feel cold, though, when it's always warm/hot

Yes, they usually do respond to emailed questions. Which email address did you contact? Also, you can always call the law school.

Irvine folks are very nice on the phone. Feel free to call, but I hope it's not some generic question you can easily look up online.
