I've been complete for 2 months and 5 days without an update. Pretty sure I know how this will end.

I think someone in this thread asked the admissions department and was told mid-to-late February for this cycle.

URM would be Under Represented Minority - aka groups who fit certain affirmative action/diversity quotas and thus receive a bump in they're chances of being admitted.Zinn Man wrote:What is URM? I don't get half the abbreviations most of the time!

I am pretty excited! Def. one of my top choices outside the T14. I don't care about Fordham though and really don't see why everyone gets excited about being admitted to Fordham like its HYS....to each his own I guessjbrowning82 wrote:Anyone else find it surprisingly hard to get excited about this school even though its ranked so highly?

BTW, I am intl and have never in my life been to the midwest, but there is something that really excites me about WUSTL.
Does everyone get the Scholars in Law mention? Any idea when they will be deciding on merit aid?
According to people's experience here, no, not everyone gets the Scholars in Law mention.

Re: For WUSTL Applicants
I just got in via email yesterday. I submitted mid-december and never real heard anything from them until I got the email last night. I was starting to wonder if they had actually gotten my app.

Re: For WUSTL Applicants
I heard OCI was slightly less miserable at WUSTL than ND this year fwiw.vanstone22 wrote:I still haven't gotten a solid response to Notre Dame vs. WUSTL
South Bend sucks.
St. Louis isn't much better but forest park is awesome and there are plenty of young people and bars (if you're into that thing).
Is there a dramatic difference in cost btwn the two? If not, go with where you're more comfortable. I say wustl ftmfw.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
