Nope I haven't either. I think it takes about a week. You should get an email soon that will give you access to the admitted students section.windycity wrote:I was accepted via email 1/29, but haven't received anything in the mail yet.

In yesterday, 15k/y OOS, 2.7 engineering/172. As a Cuse supporter I already have plenty of orange and blue in my wardrobe, which I assume strengthened my candidacy

Any chance for a 157 and 4.0? Here's hoping so!

Re: Illinois 2010!
I have to wait until April when I visit for the Open House. I am so excited to see the campus, town, etc. I'm from South Florida and I know Midwestern living is soo different. But I'm looking forward to a change in lifestyle

You should have written a Why Illinois about Chief Illiniwek.Nightrunner wrote:Honestly, I'm almost there. I still have about eight applications awaiting decision(mostly T14), but each day I get a little more set on Illinois.Eruannon wrote:How many of you will be attending in the Fall? I was admitted a month ago and I haven't received my admission letter. My package was mailed to Mexico so there is a remote possibility it is in transit. Are international packages sent through regular mail?
If it isn't delivered soon, could I have a copy resent through a different currier?
Thanks.

Dean Pless, those of us who were complete 2/3, should we anticipate going into review next week, then?

Re: Illinois 2010!
I haven't run the numbers for the next batch, it could be close. We are through 1/25, but 2/1 and 2/2 were big days so 2/3 might not get into review until the week after next. I will post the dates tomorrow once I have sent out decisions and looked at the next batch.FunkyJD wrote:Dean Pless, those of us who were complete 2/3, should we anticipate going into review next week, then?

I was able to take a look at who would be in the next batch of decisions. For the next group of files going into review, it will be files that were completed up to and including February 6. These decisions will come out on Friday, February 26.

Dean Pless - do you have an idea of when the updated tuition/fees schedule will be up?

Submitted 01/31. Status: File Incomplete. Is this normal for UIUC? Should I email admissions?

Probably mid-March. I don't anticipate any large increases.MBZags wrote:Dean Pless - do you have an idea of when the updated tuition/fees schedule will be up?

Yes, it is normal for UIUC.Great Expectations wrote:Submitted 01/31. Status: File Incomplete. Is this normal for UIUC? Should I email admissions?
No, do not email admissions.
I encountered the same problem when i applied and i thought i left something out in my application so i emailed admissions. It appears that Illinois is just being very transparent in their process by informing your status in real time, which includes telling you its incomplete because they haven't got around to check your package despite the fact that they have received everything.

Re: Illinois 2010!
It normally takes about two weeks to get from submission to complete. LSAC has had a few issues processing all of the applications they received in early February, so that has slowed the process down a bit. It is certainly ok to email us so we can let you know exactly what is going on with your file.BigFatPanda wrote:Yes, it is normal for UIUC.Great Expectations wrote:Submitted 01/31. Thank you for being present on a public forum and keeping us informed.
On a side note, i read from your Illinois profile that your softball team is undefeated. Whats your secret to success? Is your team looking for new recruits?
