I have the day off. Hence a long 24 hours... I'm sure they will keep accepting "on holds" next week. Hopefully we'll all get in today or tomorrow though.

Is the U everyone's first choice if they get in?

I think I'll end up withdrawing sometime next week if I haven't heard, though.

first choice here.......definitely feel like being on hold has made me want it even more, and if I do actually get accepted it'll probably be a feeling of relief. shock, and excitement all in one

It's my first choice and my only choice in the US.
If it doesn't workout I'll probably end up in Saskatoon or Winnipeg (North-central Canada)... most of you have probably never even heard of those cities... They're frozen.

Miami is definitely my first choice, and I sent them a LOCI letting them know that (I was put on hold in December fyi). I'm getting kind of nervous that I haven't heard anything. I called early this morning and got the same response, which was to check back Friday.

Maybe a stupid question, but when everyone refers to their statues online, are they talking about the Law School Admissions tab on myUM? What exactly changes? Seeing as nothing is changed, from what I can tell, I'm starting to lose hope :/

Same thing; no change at all - Im pretty doubtful at this point, but the whole admissions cycle is getting old, so Im not too bothered by it anymore.

my status just changed (within the last hour or so) to "view admissions documents needed". hopefully this is good news. miami is my top choice, and i've gone mad checking myum daily since i was put on hold back in early feb. good luck everybody.

From what we've uncovered here, that seems like good news! Early Congrats to you! Do you mind sharing your numbers?

EDIT: I just looked at mine, and it changed! This is literally within the last hour. I'm second guessing myself now, maybe they're letting us all know if we're in or not? It might be possible that this change just means that soon I will have a waitlist or rejection letter in place of my Hold...

Your edit had me running over to myum...but nothing, once again. Very stressful and unappreciated. I simply cant believe that my 3.6 gpa means literally nothing compared to 2 pts. on the LSAT...ok thats my rant for now, I am fully aware of how much the LSAT means to schools...but it still sucks.
