I didn't write a whypenn, they must value interest quite a bitSmc1994 wrote:Samecurry1 wrote:I was WL'd today and I have a LSAT >>>75 and a bit below median GPA.zeglo wrote:What the heck? Wow.mmestik wrote:Wait list, LSAT > 75, GPA just below median

Me neither....hoping this was just one big mistakeKeilz wrote:still haven't gotten the WL email...
Yeah I think at the end of the day this had more to do with you all having such great stats; think they might have gotten the feeling that you'd easily get into and consequently choose a T6 over them. They can make only 900 or so offers, so they have to make excellent people play this WL game to determine who is serious.Keilz wrote:me too, but as I posted before, it was not my best essay AT ALL lol so glad I have somewhat of a second chanceChristinabruin wrote:Samecurry1 wrote:I didmm2368 wrote:Did anyone who wrote a Why Penn get WLd?

I think complete was early November, and my last status tracker update was 1/6 - hope it helps!MoonyUpToNoGood wrote:Hey I have similar stats -- do you mind sharing when you went complete and UR??texteach wrote:Accepted! Wow, I guess I'm pretty lucky then. Submitted 11/9ish, complete 11/12, under review dates of 12/5 and 11/1. I wrote a nice Penn-specific essay responding to one of the prompts (I don't remember which one, sorry) which probably helps.sorence wrote:! Congrats! If you don't mind me asking, what were your dates? You seem to be one of the few of today's acceptances whose GPA isn't > 75th.apricots wrote:In! GPA << 25th LSAT >75
Nice, good luck brother. One thing that might help (although I know it gets downplayed on this site, perhaps for good reason? I don't know how these things work) is the way my GPA splits; I was under 2.8 freshman year and every other semester has been much better.jjcorvino wrote:Congrats! I think we have similar stats and hope to follow your trend soon!apricots wrote:In! GPA << 25th LSAT >75
