And to that end, I feel like "preparing" for a LS interview may not be the best approach anyway. I think it usually comes across better when you speak genuinely / have a candid conversation explaining why you are passionate about law and law school and that specific law school. If you need to rehearse that information, you may want to reconsider your decision.benwyatt wrote: You couldn't prepare if you wanted to.
It's honestly a pretty fun interview.

I should've given some context here. The 5-year-old has cancer and is in hospice.splitterfromhell wrote:Georgetown just admitted a 5-year-old, guys. Gonna be tough to hold those medians now.

Submitted on 10/26, and the decision letter was dated 11/9, so it was an extremely quick turnaround. I did not interview. There was a handwritten note at the bottom of the letter mentioning my personal statement and GPA at my school which is known for being especially tough. 3.83/167 pending retake in December.
Best of luck to all of you!

I'm not sure his answer will give you any clue of when you'll get yours. Patiencejsylkpd wrote:Could you share when did you get the letter and where is your general location? Re: Georgetown C/O 2019 Applicants (2015-2016)
For anyone who has an upcoming alumni interview, I just had mine today and it was a great experience. He only asked me two questions and then spent the rest of the hour answering any questions I had about Georgetown, or law school in general. Eventually we ended up talking about bourbon and new restaurants. Nothing to be too concerned about; just nail down your why law school answer and why G-Town and you'll be fine.
(To be fair, I am on the west coast, which could have some impact on the relaxed nature of my experience.)

"Official final undergraduate transcript" and "Certification form" checkboxes appear on my status checker, does it mean I am admitted...?
