It's honestly a pretty fun interview.
And to that end, I feel like "preparing" for a LS interview may not be the best approach anyway. I think it usually comes across better when you speak genuinely / have a candid conversation explaining why you are passionate about law and law school and that specific law school. If you need to rehearse that information, you may want to reconsider your decision.

I should've given some context here. The 5-year-old has cancer and is in hospice.

In via snail mail today. The letter was dated November 9th! Make sure to check your mailbox. Apparently people still use it!

If you don't mind posting/PMing - when did you submit and interview y/n?

Submitted on 10/26, and the decision letter was dated 11/9, so it was an extremely quick turnaround. I did not interview. There was a handwritten note at the bottom of the letter mentioning my personal statement and GPA at my school which is known for being especially tough. 3.83/167 pending retake in December.

Best of luck to all of you!

I too would like to know whether I've been obsessively checking for this in vain.

I'm not sure his answer will give you any clue of when you'll get yours. Patience :).

For anyone who has an upcoming alumni interview, I just had mine today and it was a great experience. He only asked me two questions and then spent the rest of the hour answering any questions I had about Georgetown, or law school in general. Eventually we ended up talking about bourbon and new restaurants. Nothing to be too concerned about; just nail down your why law school answer and why G-Town and you'll be fine.

(To be fair, I am on the west coast, which could have some impact on the relaxed nature of my experience.)

"Official final undergraduate transcript" and "Certification form" checkboxes appear on my status checker, does it mean I am admitted...?
