Received my packet today, in via voicemail on 2/4. I got the separate letter about the PI scholarship stating that I'll hear back about it and any other merit awards in 2 weeks.

I also received a phone call and email from a current 1L at BU yesterday who seems really nice. My acceptance letter had a handwritten note referencing my PS, another nice touch!

Good luck to everyone else waiting and to the PI group!

I have question mark next to 2/4 because I don't remember it right this second but it's in my spreadsheet. I'm usually pretty good about these things but it could be a typo and that could've been meant for another school and I just missed it. In any case I hope I hear something (good) soon!

I was complete on 1/10 as well, but last week it updated to 2/7. Still no decision yet, though.

Congrats, you are outperforming your numbers. Doesn't look like I will have as much luck with BU (still complete at 1/7), but it's alright. Congrats to all the admits.

Talked to a 1L at BU the other day. She seemed generally excited about being at BU which was nice to hear.

Has anyone tried to negotiate scholarship money yet? . I guess Im just going to email the office of financial aid with scanned copies of my other offers.

I got my admissions packet yesterday, no mention of a scholarship. Does anyone know if an offer usually comes with the packet, at a later date, or does it depend?

I had no mention of scholarship in my acceptance packet and then received a letter with $30k/year a few weeks later.

This is pure speculation, but based on ericaec12's results plus info from other people, I'm getting the feeling that it's standard to send the scholarship info later, in about two week's time. Because I applied for the Public Interest Scholarship, I got a separate letter in my admissions packet stating that I will receive another letter about those results plus other merit-based scholarships in two weeks (which I will hopefully be getting in a few days). I'm guessing since you didn't apply for the Public Interest Scholarship, they just didn't include any additional information.
