If you have a gmail account, you can just click on "view" instead of downloading and it'll open in your internet browser.

Nothing like the classic "fake a merit scholarship" scam. Gets me every time.

I haven't figured out how they get money out of it, but I'm sure they do. Unless... maybe the school gives them money when the scammed students matriculate without a real scholarship?

They are long student loan derivatives. When you end up paying out of pocket and are 15k short and take a loan, their portfolio rises?

PT as well...first complete update shows 2/27. I hadnt heard anything since going complete 1/23....oh, and i couldnt log in at all to check status yesterday...so I just saw it update for the first time now.

Fordham is my number one but I was waitlisted. I am also waiting to hear back from BC and BU.

"Out of schools I'm currently accepted to, I have it right with GW as one of my top two. I'm still hoping for a T14 acceptance from Georgetown, or Cornell, but my numbers are very borderline. I'm also retaking in June, so that will impact my decision as well. What about you?"

Oh goodness, we are actually twins (minus retaking). I'd love to know how you're weighing GW and Fordham, I'm having a hard time deciding between the two. Of course, if any of the T-14 I applied to want to catch my Hail Mary pass, it would make my decision a lot easier

I also had the choice between GWU and Fordham.

Honestly, if you plan to stay in D.C. after law school and try to get a job in the political sphere, GWU is for you.

Apart from that, they're essentially the same. So the question comes down to where you want to live more.

Usually means the admissions committee has reviewed your app or you're closer to get a decision. Not always true though.

Maybe I'm just super antsy for a sign from Fordham, but under "Fees" in the status checker, do you have First Deposit and Full Deposit there? I have a feeling it wasn't there a few days ago, I could be totally wrong.

I'm still at complete as of 1/30 and have had those on the page since going complete with all the values at 0. Hang tight and try not to stress out.
