Probably been asked hundreds of times, but any thoughts on sending a LOCI before going under review. I'm still sitting at 12/20 complete...

Man, I'm so pissed at this school right now. I don't know what to think. I applied Jan 9th and received an e-mail shortly thereafter telling me they received all my materials. I haven't heard back since. I can't check my status through the portal because they never gave me the default ID and password. I've e-mailed the admissions office AND associate director of admissions Amy Stevens and haven't heard any response.

I feel like its guaranteed I'm going to be rejected at this point but after paying their application fee the least they could do is let me check my application status.
