Median LSAT looks to be about 173 so far.
edit: My numbers twins and I have fared pretty well. We don't mind boosting the GPA 75th without lowering the LSAT 25th, I guess

If this is representative (which we have no way to know), then there is really only 2 things that could be going on:
1) The numbers are going to change slightly this year possibly due to low apps
or
2) They have a different strategy for the interviews this year. The year that so many didn't get in, was that the other year that KB ran things as an interim? Maybe she has a different approach to the whole thing? (hopefully its #1)
Because look at last year's sample of people with early interviews. Compare it to this year...and just reading through last year's thread, it really seemed like most of the people who got them were above both medians or URM:
