I don't think that's the case. I've been UR since 11/18.
Yeah it looks a tad random: http://bc.lawschoolnumbers.com/applican ... order=desc

You know what kind of sucks? Being on hold. They can decide on me tomorrow and I would have no idea. They only promised to get me a decision by February 28.

Being flat-out rejected would suck more, no?

True dat. Uncertainty sucks though, especially when it's out of your control... :|

Yes, but that doesn't take away from the suckage that is being put on hold.

I have scheduled a visit and I'm going to sit in on a class and meet with as many Dean Type Things as I possibly can while I'm there. I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to be "on hold" as opposed to dinged, so that I can at least go out there, demonstrate that I really, really want to go to BC, and then wait more.

The end of the month! I'm thrilled... a little worried about getting snowed in, since I have class on the following Monday, but I have already informed my instructor that I might miss that class.

I doubt it'll really change their decision anyway but if I look back and ask myself if I did everything I could, and I didn't, I would never be able to live with myself. My numbers seem to be a bit of a reach for BC so... we'll see.

Oh, no... the last Friday of the month, I think it's the 28th. They give guided tours on Monday, Wednesday (Or was it Thurs?) and Friday, one of the admissions folks e-mailed me back a while ago about it (Way before winter break). Once the law students were back in action, they had a spring schedule set up and you can make an appt, go in and meet'n'greet, and if you want, you can visit a class provided the professor approves.

Wow, I applied early December (6th) and went under review on the 15th. Not sure if that's a good or bad sign. :?

I don't think it is a bad sign *necessarily*, as we have to think about winter vacation and whatnot getting in the way of all that.

Wishful thinking? :P
