I greatly apologize if this has already been mentioned in the past 39+ pages of this thread, but I find it amusing that Berkeley writes, "Please check your online status regularly." on its Status Checker. Every other school denounces that movement means anything, and Michigan even goes so far as to updating it simply because it's a new day; but, Berkeley is the only one that encourages this neurotic behavior.

got the acceptance email a couple days ago - these forums have helped (read: maybe taken) my sanity during this finals period... but certainly provided for increased procrastination. thanks, I think. regardless, I'm thrilled with UC Berkeley.

The former, or at least, I don't think they've been calling many/any who post on TLS. Some have speculated that everyone else is going to committee review; others that the Dean Tom acceptances are still coming, but may be going to come by email from now on.

I actually love the studies of ancient fathers. Don't know I can get through a classics degree. I do have the aspiration for a Phil PhD though, eventually. After I learn how to spell.
