So I've been at received for over 30 days now and have not heard anything... I'm getting a little concerned because it seems like many people are getting interview invites within days of applying. Do all admits get interviewed?

Interviews have been a sort of evolving thing over the last few years, but it seems like interviews now are necessary for acceptance.

Just be patient though. It's not over until you've been rejected. They'll end up going through like 4-5k apps and they get through some quicker than others.

Patience... patience...

I submitted mine in October and it stayed as "received" until I got an email requesting an interview 20 days later. After the interview it changed to complete and later that day to under review, if that helps ease your mind a little.

Tbf I'd rather have the full scholly than the shirt.

Nope. Just a printed copy of the acceptance letter you received via e-mail. I think that came roughly two weeks after the e-mail for me, granted that was last cycle. That will literally be the only thing you ever receive in the mail from WASHU. Everything else will be e-mail.

I was invited to interview- and I am curious why considering my LSAT is much lower than median. If anyone has any comments or advice for the interview, I would be thrilled to hear as it is quickly approaching and this is definitely my dream school.

There is interview advice in the OP, but it's seriously nothing to stress about. Very laid back. Be prepared to answer why law & why WUSTL and you should be good. Also probably have a couple questions for them.

No, they don't interview applicants who aren't being considered for admission. If you got an interview request, you have a really good shot at getting in. If you don't mind me asking, what are your numbers? PM if you want.

I got my T-shirt email and filled out the questionnaire email. Now, with my LSAT score falling woefully under the median, I realize that a scholarship is a bit much to hope for, but will we get any sort of email even if we don't get one (one saying you were considered, but not selected for one, etc)? Lastly, does everyone get the travel stipend email automatically at some point, or is it something I should call and ask for?

They will but it will be much later in the cycle after they have an idea of how the class is shaping up. Like probably April.

FYI--for those of you who plan on negotiating, at some point they will send you an e-mail basically saying that the offer you have is the best you will get.

Hard to say on a timeline, but you def. may still get an offer. I was accepted the first week of January and didn't get my initial offer until late March. People were getting accepted after me and getting offers before me and I thought I wasn't getting one. I know it sucks, but hang in there!

I'm starting to get nervous too, were you told to expect to hear something "very soon"? Lol I was told that and it's so vague I'm going insane. I don't see any rejections on lsn yet tho so that's good

Very true, and I think it's a really good sign if you were interviewed. I'm not 100% sure if I was told that but I think I was. Guess we just have to be patient while losing our minds. Was anyone who interviewed last year rejected?
