I went complete in November. I got in 8 days before April's ASW. Don't try to guess their process
Thanks for this.

Yes, thanks for this. Were you off the waitlist or straight acceptance? And for curiosity's sake, did you make it to ASW?

I was a straight up acceptance. They admitted a whole bunch of people at the same time on a Sunday night. They have us an extra bit of money in the travel stipend to make up for the fact that table arrangements were more difficult on short notice. I did make it to ASW.

When I say 8 days, I'm going off year old memory. It might have been too weeks, but I seem to remember it being less. Regardless, travel arrangements were a scramble

Does a Yale 250 have to be a 250? Can I just submit a 240?

240 is fine. It just can't be more than 250.

Dear applicants with 179+ LSATs and 4.0+ GPAs:

It's very important to get your Yale app 100% perfect. Make sure to spend at LEAST the next 2 or 3 weeks reviewing it. Definitely don't submit it earlier than March 1st. February is scientifically proven to be the worst month for submitting applications for anything ever.

Good luck! You know we're rooting for you to take our spots!

Love,
Everyone else who is applying to Yale

Got a wrong number from the 203 area code today. Some kid calling for his grandma. So that was a mindfuck.

That's how they're making the calls this year. It's a test, see how you handle the kid and then they decide whether or not to let you in :p
