Fun fact: didn't understand half of those words.

Has the Fordham thread spilled over to Cardoza?

i thought you decided! i haven't. still torn between black skinny jeans and a sweater/dress and tights.
I did decide but then I found out it's gonna be 71 tomorrow. But I was just talking to this sweet coworker of mine and we decided I should wear the same thing bc I'll be inside all day, except when it's freezing out.

What shirt would you wear with the skinny jeans?
a sweater (to clarify, i meant skinny jeans with a sweater OR a dress with tights). probably a black camisole or tank with a long cardigan, or maybe a sleeveless ann taylor ruffly blouse with a regular cardigan? i don't know! and where did you hear 71 degrees?? when i looked it up i think it said 66? still, warm.
oh I see! either one sounds nice... I say pick whichever one you have a jacket to go with.

I did weather.com and used 10028 for the zip (it's my go-to zip). It looks like the high is going to be 71.. but it'll mostly be upper 60s.

lol... e2f, you understood the weather part though, right?

apparently the Cardozo kids have a preference for clothes and the Fordham kids have a preference for grunge, currently. hence the shift!

Yeah, and I think a cardigan is like a button up sweater vest? Not even too sure, but that word I recognize from Dumb and Dumber.

yes, but with fabric over your arms. But the fabric is chain mail (?) laced with diamonds.

Yeah no wonder they ran out of money, you said right? The dean told me usually all the students accept all the money but I don't know how that can be since i'm sure plenty of them go to gtown/washu/fordham instead.

I dunno. A lot of the strong apps I'm sure will go elsewhere, but... Even the above average apps get a ton of money and it might be enough to sway their minds these days. $100K+ can do that.

probably because they give out, just for argument's sake, 20 full rides, fully expecting only 5 to accept. So when 15 decline (Fordham, cornell, CLS, NYU etc etc), the really do not have more money to give out.

that's also why I'm mad. some of them have no strings. mine has a 3.3 requirement but I couldn't get them to drop it.

I do think choco's logic is correct, yeah...

I don't think mine has any strings. Monrad Paulson scholar or something. Ask for that Sibley. Tell them that I am specifically giving you mine.

Man the warm weather ruins my choice of attire as well, as tempted as I was to dress down I thought atleast corduroys and a button down with a sweater over it would be good, but I feel like it'd be too hot for that now lol.

Maybe I will go with just jeans and a button down now...decisions...I should probably be studying for my midterm at 4:10 tomorrow (which will make me miss the latter half of the day :()

Should I be worried that they haven't even finished processing my application? It's been under the first stage since 2/22. I sent them an e-mail a couple of hours ago, but I don't expect to hear back until tomorrow.

I'm still waiting on the paperwork to accompany my ride at 'bozo. If it is no strings attached, I might consider attending.

I spoke to admissions today and was told they're trying to get decisions out next week for ppl that have been complete for 2 or more months.

And yes, it appears as though the fordham thread has spilled over.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
