What are the odds of getting in off the waitlist ?

There were a few who got in who were at/below the 25th percentile on both LSAT and GPA last year and past few years according to LSN. It seemed they rode it out all the way until late July/August...so this may give hope to those who are really not in Davis's stat range. This year it might be a little different cause of the tuition costs and all the waitlists trickling down from the upper ranked schools. But the increased applications might offset that. We will just have to wait and see who puts deposits where and who gets turned off because of the increased tuition.

i would say that so far that's a good thing considering that you haven't been waitlisted. they are really considering you and is probably on the edge about it.

+1000 I sent mine in early November. In December they asked for my LSAT addendum, and not a peep since. 169, 3.5. I'm in other places but Sacramento is my hometown and where my family is, so Davis is a serious contender for me. Booooooooo.

i think you'll get in since you haven't been waitlisted yet. plus i believe you have very good luck.

ohhh yes I've done my time in NE, if I can avoid the gray I will. Rankings don't really play to much of a role in my decision making, unless it really comes down to two options in similar markets.
