sweet...I can finally log into the admitted students site and they left a nice little handwritten note...very nice.

Got my acceptance packet today with a nice hand-written note. Also got a scholarship letter and a nice little post-it pad.

Got the packet. I was surprised how fast it came...I'm on the west coast and got the phone call on Monday. I also had a hand-written note which quoted my personal statement - very nice touch. No scholarship letter, though. Boooo.

I've been complete since the end of october--was told I am ready for review, but no word yet. My numbers are below both medians, gpa is pretty horrific. should I even wish?

If it came with the packet then it's not a scholarship offer, it's just the sheet about for merit and need based scholarships and financial awards. Scholarship offers from the people that have received them, have come about a week after their acceptance packets. So hopefully you'll get some $$$ =)

Is anyone else worried about the location? I'm a country boy, and I've heard the law building is ugly and Bostonians are mean. Not that that takes away from the education of course, but can anyone alleviate (or confirm) this concern?

The Charles River is beautiful, and studying up in the Law Tower while looking over the River is not bad. It's in the heart of Boston so it'll be a big change for you because it's Downtown Boston...I'm used to Los Angeles and living in big cities so I don't mind it. I don't think Bostonians are mean...just different? Anyways congratulations bro, Class of 2013!!!

and i've been to 2 laker games this season!! i LOVE them. it seems like there are a lot of cali ppl with BU acceptances on here! that's great to hear. does anyone now how their placement is in CA... i'm a bit worried about the obvious east coast focus, as i love la and want to come back!!

Yay CA people! I'm glad I'm not the only crazy person switching coasts. I feel like that Augustana Boston song should be the new soundtrack to my life.

haha when I got the call today, my sister started singing that song. I was still on the phone with the BU lady and she must have heard it.
