I would say call ahead of time and let them know you will be in the area, and would like to know if you could stop by. The reason I say this is because I visited last spring, and when I got to the admissions office--the student up front just handed me a self-guided tour pamphlet and told me to have at it (thought this could be because class was out). I wasn't able to talk to anyone in admissions (even though I could see them roaming the office). The person that ended up being the most helpful was someone I met at the CLS library (one of the full-time staff). She took the time to tell me all about the library--though this wasn't exactly what I had hoped to get out of my campus visit.aFish6 wrote:Was thinking of doing the exact same thing on Friday. As far as visiting classes go--they might be out for finals, which is unfortunate. You might be able to find some students that you could talk to if you would find that helpful.
