Is anyone planning on attending the alumni reception in Washington DC on March 2? I keep trying to find more information about it, but my "admitted students portal password" is not working....

OMG, if this exists, I think I'll go! Can you link me whenever you find it?

Yes, I am attending. I used the password that was on my status checker and it worked.

You can RSVP on the "Events" tab in the Admitted Students portal (not sure if I can technically send you the link, since its a password protected page)

Yep! The password wasn't working for me, but turns out it was just Google Chrome being difficult :) I'll definitely be going!

When did you get accepted? I got a phone call a week ago and haven't gotten any official information. I am just being impatient because I would like to access the password protected admitted students info.

I guess if you're still waiting to hear, you could always try this to see if you've been accepted:

Try to submit your deposit via here: https://www.bu.edu/law/admissions/admit ... ext-steps/

DIRECTIONS FROM WEBSITE:

To log in to the Applicant Gateway, please use your primary email address as your username, and your LSAC number as your password. The “First time here? Set up account” link on the login page is not applicable to you. For more instructions about how to submit a payment,

guessing if you make it to the page where one can submit a deposit, it's a good sign that you're in lol.

Y'all think it's possible/likely to get the 90k offer bumped to 120k? I know it depends upon other offers but I currently only have USC's 157.5k scholly and full rides to state flagships to negotiate with.

Its worth asking. The USC scholly should be a pretty strong bargaining chip

Didn't get the PILS, 25k yearly instead.
Very happy, very generous of them.

Can I use this to up an offer from Fordham, who gave me 15k yearly?

Also not PILS, 15k years instead. Little disappointed, but still waiting on other schools, so should be able to negotiate for more if I do it right.

I applied in November. They wanted to hold my application until I got grades for the fall. I sent my fall grades mid December. My current status and status date are both blank and have been for months. Is this normal? I feel like they forgot about me.

Also, if you check lsn, I noticed that no one (at least that put non-URM) who scored below 163 hs gotten more than 45k...

Could be a $$$ floor? Do schools do that?
