The last first wave of RD decisions of the T14 is reserved only for the best

but hey, I'll take second. Or third. Or last. Just love me, CLS

I'm confused...you got a rejection email? I can't believe it...if you're above both 75ths, don't assume not getting an email means bad news. It could mean that really good news (Butler/Hammy) is in the mail to you now.

Did anyone get scholarship offers with their acceptance?
Oh, I remember that last year, if you got a scholarship, they didn't email your acceptance letter in advance. You had to wait for the light blue envelope.
This might be the most hope-inducing comment in the history of TLS.

Wave is still going! Admitted, no interview, being considered for a fellowship/scholarship. Info was all in the e-mailed letter.

How was the fellowship/scholarship portion worded? Maybe they sent those letters out later in the day?

Could be. I should balance this out by writing that January 20th was the Harvard first reject wave last year over in the HLS applicant thread.

It was in my acceptance letter PDF, the main one, and then a second page detailing the award. "You have been accepted... nominated for consideration as a _________." It could be specific to the type of award/fellowship that it came in my initial letter, I know about as much as y'all.

Refreshing manically while at work. Pretty sure I haven't done anything substantial during the past few hours.

Based on previous cycles, it seems like decisions come out fairly regularly late January/early February, so it seems likely that more people will hear back later this week.
