UR4 as of yesterday as well. They announce on twitter when an admissions wave is coming, right?

With so many people going UR4 yesterday, I feel like there has to be some sort of upcoming wave. Right?

Still UR4 12/29 and I'm pretty sure Chicago's gonna have me sitting there until late Feb.

well, looks like quite a few people went UR4 yesterday! I interviewed on 1/14 so I was kind of surprised at moving to UR4 so quickly, since it seems like it takes most people almost 4-6 weeks between their interview and UR4. Here's to hoping they're moving along quicker as the cycle moves along!!

I've been complete for three weeks without a status change (still not "under review"); is this normal?

Welcome to the club. I have been complete since January 6th. Complete and absolute silence.jrc223 wrote:I've been complete for three weeks without a status change (still not "under review"); is this normal?

+2. I asked this a couple of pages ago and someone suggested that they're still working through the Christmas backlog, which makes sense. I bet that once they get through the next wave of admits, they'll start in on us.Comma.Split wrote:Welcome to the club. I have been complete since January 6th. So Chicago does a lot of UR updates. What does it mean if one submitted/went complete early December, went UR mid-December, and has had radio silence since? No interview requests or UR updates or anything. I guess I should expect a ding in March or something, right?

Nah... they are just saving the best for last. I heard that if you close the cycle with the best applicants, next year will be particularly lucky for your school.leslieknope wrote:+2. The Aztecs believed that what you are describing would open the gateway to hell and mark the beginning of the apocalypse. But it could also mean that your last name starts with Zz/someone put your file on the bottom of the pile/they are focusing on a particular subset of applicants right now/your reader is behind. But again, when in doubt I always go with the Aztecs.altf4 wrote:So Chicago does a lot of UR updates.
