5k a year scholarship but hoping to get it increased. Im thinking of being vague and seeing how that goes. I dont see the point in specifically naming schools and the amounts.

Hey guys, I already got admitted by Fordham but I can't get my admission withdrawn because if I fucked up on this February LSAT test and got a lower score right? I have a 165 from a year ago, but I think I got below a 165 this test.

Was anyone notified about potential scholarships in their initial correspondence from Fordham?

I have read in this thread that people have heard about scholarships within 2-6 days after acceptance, but I was simply curious as to whether they were notified prior to receiving their scholarship offer.

Thanks

Is March 3rd the last admitted students day? Can't seem to find this anywhere.

In today via status check followed by email. Does anyone know when financial aid information is released?

I applied PT on 1/20 and the last status update is 1/23. Since then all I've heard is crickets.

Just got the Scholarship email, they offered me 20k per year.

I have read on these forums that Fordham is not always open to negotiation. Fordham is definitely one of my top choices, but I am worried about taking on this much debt. Is there anything that might persuade them to increase their scholarship offer? Is it possible to leverage an acceptance from Cornell?

Thanks in advance.

Same here… haven’t had an update since 1/17. Maybe they are waiting to make decisions after they’ve received all possible PT applications?

Just withdraw. Best of luck to everybody --hoping they'll throw some of the money they offered me your way!

on my third complete (initial: 1/9, update 1: 2/6, update 2: 2/21), seems like most people heard back a few days after their second update?

I have the same dates, I was hoping I'd hear something today but I guess I'll be waiting at least until Monday.

I got $30,000/yr from them but compared to a full ride at Cardozo and $45,000/year at GW I don't think I would go. :-\

Just noticed an updated date today. I think it's my second update since submitting on 1/13. First was a complete on 1/18, I believe. Decision soon?

Can anyone that went to a previous Admitted Students Day say whether it's okay to bring someone (i.e. significant other) along? Thanks!
