Alright... anyone else just been sitting at complete (no "under review") for a long time? I've been complete since 11/28/12, no movement since, no interview.

Edit: I just noticed on LSN they rejected a 170/3.79 and a 169/3.73 already. I didn't think I was an auto-ding (maybe an auto-waitlist?) but I guess I may be wrong!

I went complete in that ballpark and I'm still waiting, and I think we have a decent bit of company ITT.

Yea, on the page before this I brought it up too. Appears to be pretty standard.

Er perhaps I phrased that poorly. Basically I was wondering if there had been any further updates for anyone AFTER 1/11, since 1/11 seemed to be the last major update day. But I am also UR again on 1/17, and based on what is being reported in this thread it seems like there is not really any meaningful information to be garnered from Chicago's status checker updates.

I also got the 1/11 UR and I actually had my interview just before on the same day, so it seems doubtful that there was anything to that date change.

After my interview it went to that day ur and then it updated two more times. I think tht 3 ur may be nec.... no clue if that is true or not obviously

Although final results for RD applicants have been slow-coming, Chicago is definitely working.... they said it would take a couple of days for admitted students' status checkers to change once they completed the short commitment to attend form, but I sent my form in yesterday and got updated to "Commitment Form Received" almost immediately.

Anyway, because today wasn't the day, I will honestly be surprised if tomorrow isn't.

I really hope so.

you guys are prob correct. my theory is this: all of us have had decisions made on our respective files. thus, the multiple UR dates after interview (ive had 4 total UR now, including the post-interview update). the fact that you have had almost a month pass without a UR date, while others including myself did not have even a week pass just now before another UR, means they probably decided on you back in december, whereas they are just deciding on us today.

my optimistic theory is that they are updating a few more today just so they can wrap up the cases on a few more people before sending out initial accepts or waitlists (inevitably such as myself...) today or tomorrow.

As another person who interviewed in December and hasn't had an UR update since 12/21, I agree with this theory.

I dunno... if they use email to notify RD admits like they did with ED, it could all easily be done in a single day.... tomorrow, for example.

I know, but I was really just hoping they would go back to doing phone calls. Oh well, I'll take an e-mail if it means it comes tomorrow (assuming I'm admitted at all of course.)

I guess nothing before Tuesday unless they work weekends.... The twitter post implies that they realized people are expecting a response this week and although they tried they couldn't get it done. It seems like its basically ready next time they work whenever that will be...
